NorCal NPL and ECNL (Elite Clubs National League) are regarded as the highest level of competition accessible to U14 - U19 teams in the Northern California League. They create opportunities for more competitive players to showcase their talents at college recruitment events that are organized for member clubs only. These two leagues work together and run promotion and relegation systems for the teams and club members.
